By accessing and using Ustioimpie's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Ustioimpie provides oratory training services including:

  • Personal coaching sessions
  • Group workshops
  • Corporate training programs
  • Online resources and materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged the full session fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Ustioimpie are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and training content. Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings.

7. Liability Limitations

Ustioimpie's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
  • Actively participate in training activities
  • Maintain appropriate professional behavior

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Ustioimpie reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
